Comic: Yoko? Oh No!

Ah, the Beatles Rock Band. I have not yet bitten at the apple, but look forward to one day, owning the game I can tell my children about; in the same way I ask my parents about the actual Beatles rock band:

Listening to the Beatles while making this really helped...

However, I now know that Terry - being a creature of spite and malice - will pencil in a Hannah Montana or High School Musical comic... Gagh. If that's the bullet I have to take.

Yes, the 'bitten at the apple' was a Beatles pun...

There's a comic for that.

Morning all, just a little house keeping post.
First I apologise for the lack of posts recently. Theres a number of reasons for this, such as those subtly hinted at in the last "special edition" comic.
But as this was a special edition midweek comic dont forget to check out the main monday comic Can We Keep Him?, which is one of my favorite comics simply because dragons rock, fact.

Finally work is still continuing behind the scenes on the new site as John mentioned and I subtly hinted at, and will be completed soon work and study allowing.

Comic: Ex-Kay-See-Dee

Midweek madness! A comic for you, today, a Wednesday of all days! What crazy times we live in:

I have wanted to do a homage-comic for a while now, and the context of the joke works by us effectively doubling our workload this week. See what we did there. Clever us, etc. Also, with respect to the source material, its not too hard to mimic the style (from an art point of view...).

Note - If you're seeing this and your name happens to be Randall Munroe, then thanks for the excellent comic you make. Also, please don't sue. That'd be swell.

JB
Don't worry folks, we'll be back on Monday with more joviality and mirth.

P.S: Dont forget to check out this weeks "real" comic can we keep him?

Comic: Can We Keep Him?

This weeks comic has been brought to you by Bioware's new spangly RPG, Dragon Age: Origins, and in part by the Broodmother:

Facebook followers may recognise this as a slightly less detailed version of the dragon I drew on Wednesday - it all kinda makes sense now, doesn't it...

Keeping you updated:
The new site design suffered a minor setback recently, when I discovered I am too dumb to install and configure xampp, so, testing and design will take a lot longer. But, nevertheless, it is progressing, just slowly.

JB
This all took 4 hours...

dotGif 2.0 - Coming Soon

T/K is working on a very cool new design for the website/blog - yes folks, we are amalgamating!

No more dual links to site and blog, and a centralised repository  for all things dotGif (we are also working on a suppository, for people who prefer... internal consumption...)

This may also mean a hosting switch, so there could be some site downtime in the near-future. We will let you know when the work is going ahead. Hopefully, comic releases will not be affected.
