A rap-man named after a refreshing summer drink, fixing his Mac, based on the teachings from the school of Jeremy Clarkson.
I believe this is the same technique used at the Genius Bar in the new Apple store in Compton, L.A. Having seen this now, I know I will only ever need a hammer in my toolbox to fix my tech.
