Due to Terry's sister hitching up with her guy (gratz Jemma & Rich), he didn't get one written. Well.. I say he didn't - he did - but I wasn't so keen on it, and he wasn't around to bounce ideas off. So, I made this, on account of being sickened by the unending mentioning of this goddamned game, which, I have decided, I won't play unless forced upon me - out of principle.
Mr. Kotick, the CEO of Activision made something stupid, like $30 million from this title. That might be the value of his stocks in Activision - or something like that - but you could basically say, that he made a fair bit. Added to that, is the games' ~$300 million sales in the US alone, from the first 24 hours. THEN, partner that with Activision-Blizzard thing (Blizzard make WoW, WoW makes $infinity per month), and 2009 becomes a very happy time for the shareholders of either company.
Anyway, rant over, money was made, publicity was rediculous, and I wanted to express the sort of insanity that might be brought on by someone not knowing what a 'Modern Warefare 2' is. Turns out it was all a rouse.

I think, in the same way I was once quoted as saying "I'll never play Super Monkey Ball.", my will power may wane, and the possibility of bandwagon-jumping could be high. On account of my love for Super Monkey's in Balls.
