The day the music (games and videos) died.

You may or may not know I own a dell laptop, not just any dell laptop but one featuring the fantastically featured 8400M graphics chip. Why is this relevant I hear you ask, well some of you may recognize this as one of the chips effected by a manufacturing fault so I knew it was only a matter of time before the laptop failed due to overheating and this week it decided this was the right time to do it, in the middle of reading week, when I'm hard at work on my research project, nice.

Let it never be said my laptop lacked some form of poetic license, for it choose as its last words How it ends by DeVotchka, which I may add is a great song even if your laptop dies whilst playing it.

Needless to say this will delay my next few blog posts as any of you that know how I compile them know I rely on the laptop for it.

The dell dude (not the irritating pot smoking bill and ted wannabe from those god awful adverts) comes on monday to fix it so until then
